amap-align software package provides Protein multiple alignment by sequence annealing, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install amap-align
amap-align is installed in your system.
Make ensure the amap-align package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep amap-align *
You will get with amap-align package name, version, architecture and description in a table
